February 3, 2010  |  News

The Eltham Regeneration Agency has commissioned a feasibiliaty study into extending the Docklands Light Railway from Woolwich Arsenal to Eltham.

Consultants will look at the practical and regeneration benefits that a rail link would bring to the area, with an interim report due in April, followed by a final report in May.

DLR opened the King George V to Woolwich Arsenal extension in January 2009, which has proved to be a great success.
